SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free standard shipping worldwide and all orders are processed in AUD.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
There are delays nationwide and internationally. Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Since we are such a small business and each product you see in our catalogue is made on-demand - once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you, we do not currently accept returns and exchanges. However, if there an unforeseen mistake that has occurred, feel free to let us know about it by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will handle these inquiries on a case by case basis.
We offer 15-days Return & Exchange Policy that begins on the day the item was received.
Please inspect your order when you receive and contact us immediately if the item is defective, misprinted, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product is damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns and refunds are issued on a case by case basis.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We strongly encourage you to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
